PRIMARY SURVIVOR

Today we had a Primary Survivor Activity. I had warned the kids for weeks before that they needed to be prepared to get wet and messy! And wet and messy they did get!! It was so much fun and the kids are already asking when we can do it again.


In this game, they had to find the piece of bubblegum in the whip cream.

There were many more games and pictures, but I just wanted to show the ones with Lauren. She was so excited to be a part of all the fun!

PUSHING GRANDPA

We came down yesterday to spend time with Grandpa and Grandma Jensen. The kids love to swim in their pool and today was no exception. They always wait until the call comes that Grandpa is on his way home from work. They get all suited up and then wait for him to come. When he arrives they love to go and show off their swimming tricks for him while he watches from the side.
Now, anyone who's knows Grandpa Jensen would know that he has probably not been in a swimming pool in the last decade or longer! Well, today the kids decided (rather Grandpa let them) push him into the pool. By the look on their faces you can tell that they were very pleased with their work!!
When they were done, I threw them in with their clothes on. Gavin was not sure he liked that, but then got into it. Lauren thought that was the coolest thing to be swimming in her clothes. All-in-all a great afternoon filled with huge smiles and big laughs. Thanks for being such a good sport Grandpa Jensen!
