ROCK SPRINGS

Today we went to Rock Springs. It is a nice HOT day to be there. Rock Springs is a natural spring that bubbles up and runs into a river that you can intertube down. The water is freezing cold but on a hot day it feels oh so good! We went with some good friends and enjoyed tubing, eating and laughing!!

THE JENSEN'S COME TO VISIT!

We were so excited when we heard that Uncle Kevin, Aunt Cami and cousin Audrey were coming to town to visit! We had so much fun with them. We took a morning to go and do a little photo shoot. It was hot and hard to get good smiles, but fun noneless. Thanks for coming to visit. We can't wait to get together again.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO AMERICA!

We spent the 4th of July down at Grandpa and Grandma Jensen's house. The kids had fun dressing up in their red, white and blue.

Even DAD got into the spirit of things!!

Grandpa Jensen provided the fireworks and dad immediately went to work lighting them off. As you can tell from the following pictures that there was some hesitation to help on behalf of Lauren. But as the fireworks went on she got more and more brave until she eventually helped dad light them and send them soaring into the air for a beautiful show for the rest of us.

As you will see from the following picture series, Gavin was NEVER sure of the fireworks. We compromised to even get him to come by promising that he could wear Grandpa's ear plugs. He spent most of his time hiding from them.

Slowly, but surely he came out of hiding to see what was going on.

Eventually making his way a little closer to the action.

And this is as close as he ever got. We called this successful! Thanks for being such a good sport Gavin.
