SPRING BREAK - Cocoa Beach

Today was the first day of Spring Break and we went to Cocoa Beach with our friends. Gavin was there....I just don't have any pictures of him...oops! Lauren had a blast with all the girls around. They built sand castles, jumped in the waves, buried each other in the sand, built a pyramid and caught some sand crabs. It was a great day to be at the beach!

That beach is looking really nice:) Your kids are so cute, I can't believe how big they're getting. It goes by so fast. Now I'm craving strawberries too!

You still haven't told me which camera you have! :) I feel like I always say the same thing... great pictures, as always.

Valeri - I'm sorry, I thought I left that info in a comment on your blog....maybe not. I have a Canon Rebel XT. Nothing too fancy. I have gotten a really nice lens to go with it though. It's a Canon Zoom 24-70mm. I am still learning how to use it all. It's kind of overwhelming but I am loving the challenge! Are you liking your new camera?

It's very possible you left a comment and I either forgot about it or missed it. Teeheee. :) Do you play with photoshop at all, or did these just look this good automatically?

That's awesome you got a nice lens. They are what make such a difference and what you should invest in. Your pictures look professional! I mean picture quality, yes, but you also have the eye for it! I always love looking at your blog to see what you've come up with.

I am also loving my camera, but am very overwhelmed at all the options. I was going to get a Canon Rebel, but 90% of the people I talked to (several of whom are either professionals or just serious hobbyists) recommended Nikon, so I figured I'd go that route so I'd have plenty of people to answer my many questions. :) I know a handful who own Rebels and love them though. Right now I just have the standard 18-55mm kit lens, but someday I'll be able to afford a nicer one. Anyway, thanks for sharing. You're very very talented. (And Neil says hi.)
